1. Planet Vacation Special Offers / Classic Membership / Gold Membership:
   • The principal member should be of the ages of between 28-65 years.
   • Be married or co-habiting for at least 2 years.
   • One party should be in full time employment or if retired, be on private pensions.
2. All other types of memberships:
   • No restrictions at all.
3. Travel Partners:
   • No restrictions, unless stated by actual travel partner.
4. Timeshare Options:
   • No restrictions.

Booking requests may be made online. Please ensure that your accommodation request form is fully complete and submitted at least 4-6 weeks in advance of your travel dates. This will ensure any disappointments.

Your accommodation will be for a 7 nights period, unless otherwise stated.

Accommodation unit size varies according to size of party travelling, season and location.

At check-in you will be requested to present your booking confirmation.

Confirmations are for accommodation only, unless otherwise stated.

Each resort has its own check-in dates policy. You will be advised of this at the time of booking/confirmation.

All confirmations are final, and the costs cannot be refunded.

Booking confirmations cannot be transferred to third party or sold.
Your confirmed reservation must only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Please contact the resort directly if arrival is delayed.

All prices are quoted in Euros, unless otherwise stated.

Planet Vacations, its employees and associates decline any financial responsibility for any debts incurred by members or guests at any resort.

Planet Vacations, its employees and associates will not be held responsible for any acts of god, resulting in inconvenience to travellers, nor be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property, for any reason whatsoever.

TIMESHARE

Planet-Vacations.com will not be held responsible for any consequences as a result of using this system. This includes transactions, contacts harassment, misuse, fraudulent practises and consequences as a result of not being able to use or access this system.
